Position: Business Development Manager for Industrial Industries Your focus will be identifying and maturing leads within the Greater Perth Area, with internal collaboration including our Sikla teams in Australia and the UK.
Your Responsibilities: Identifying leads, maturing their contact network, and proactively converting the project's SMP detailed design. Searching for new opportunities and maximizing client potential. Developing long-term relationships with EPC and SMP contractors, managing their interpretation of requirements. Coordinating SMP support design process between client, engineering contractors, and Sikla's own design departments. Supporting tender process and developing supply concepts with clients. Carrying out client product training (lunch & learn), pre-sales technical assistance, and product education. Promoting software solutions to aid integration of Sikla products. Providing robust aftersales support and technical back-up. Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects. Your Profile: Industry background – structural/mechanical/electrical. Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. Ability to think analytically and recognize the "big picture." Good understanding of CAD software packages and plugins. Able to understand complex project-specific decision-making processes. Awareness of project SAP CRM experience (preferred).
