The Kwinana and Covalent projects have been the hotspot of our activities in recent years.
We are now solidifying and increasing our presence to the WA community of SMP contractors and consultants.
As a Business Development Manager for Industrial industries your focus will be identifying and maturing leads within the Greater Perth Area, your internal collaboration will include our Sikla teams in Australia and the UK.
Your responsibilities:
Identifying leads, maturing their contact network, and proactively converting the project's SMP detailed design.
Search for new opportunities and maximise client potential.
Develop long term relationships with EPC and SMP contractors, managing their interpretation of requirements.
Coordinate SMP support design process between client, engineering contractors, and Sikla's own design departments.
Support tender process and develop supply concepts with clients.
Carry out client product training (lunch & Learn ), pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Promote software solutions to aid integration of Sikla products .
Provide robust aftersales support and technical back-up.
Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Your profile:
Industry background – structural/mechanical/electrical
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to think analytically and recognise the "big picture ".
Good understanding of CAD software packages and plugins.
Able to understand complex project-specific decision-making process.
Awareness of project
