This team supports our dealers within Asia Pacific to maximise sales and support outcomes for end users, solidifying Caterpillar as the leading solutions provider for our customers.This role owns the execution of our divisional strategy, a key element of which is supporting our Region Managers to develop, implement and drive strategic growth initiatives within their territories. Additionally, they will partner with the region teams to deliver business plans for machine sales and aftermarket services growth, as well as support the execution of profitable growth initiatives. Project governance is also within this role's remit, and the Business Development Manager and their team will provide Project Management Office (PMO) support for various department projects.Position duties may include, but not limited to.
