The Role In collaboration with the Business Development Manager, you will undertake a range of business development activities to drive business growth, including: 
Take a proactive approach to client relationship management, through personable interactions via phone and face to face. Identifying scoping and acting on sales opportunities Develop and implement sales campaigns and targeted mailouts in alignment with marketing objectives. Develop and maintain accurate client information in HubSpot, internal LMS and other relevant internal databases. Act as the primary point of contact for client sales enquiries as required Develop proposals for clients as required Coordinate group bookings and training courses as required Facilitate client projects through client and trainer liaison Collaborate closely with the BDM to achieve set KPIs and objectives Able to develop good interpersonal relationships both internally and externally  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Key Skills We are seeking an individual who excels in building good relationships and enjoys providing solutions to clients. The successful applicant will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone and face to face (Previous related sales experience an advantage) Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects to completion Experience in database management and project coordination Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Understanding of business development and sales processes Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A positive attitude, professionalism and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively If you would like to join our friendly team and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you!
