We are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who is ready to drive new business, nurture industry relationships, and expand market reach.
We're on the hunt for a driven individual with experience and passion for selling tanning and skincare products/equipment to beauty salons!About the Role:As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in the tanning and skincare sectors, focusing on the sale of innovative products and equipment.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and playing a key role in business expansion.
If you're the sort of person who would be comfortable and confident working across multiple areas of a growing Australian business, this is the role for you!What's in it for you?$80,000 - $110,000 + super + car allowanceFlexible working arrangementsExciting vision for growthA family-like office culture with a supportive and close-knit team.Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing business, with a 6x increase in sales compared to the previous year.Access to a wealth of market opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the tanning, skincare, and dermal therapy industries.Handle incoming leads and capitalize on opportunities to convert inquiries into sales.Attend expos, exhibitions, and summits to promote products and network with industry professionals.Collaborate with the Managing Director.Identify new markets and create expansion strategies to drive business growth.Present and sell products, using technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.What you need:Proven business development experience, preferably within the tanning, skincare or dermal therapy industries.Strong network and established relationships within the salon industry.Ability to talk confidently and knowledgeably about products and industry trends.Passionate, motivated, excited, and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and apply now.
