Due to their tremendous growth in the last few months they are now in the market for a GUN Business Development Manager, who knows how to onboard new clients, keep them happy and continue to service their valued existing customers.
The Role
The ideal person for this role is someone who is hungry! Someone who wants to succeed and someone who wants to take ownership and soar! Proven ability in a similar setting is vital to landing this opportunity.
Respopnsibilities will include:
New Business Development and maintenance of new and existing accountsDesign and planning new marketing initiativesProposals / Quotations / SolutionsResponding to all sales enquiriesIdentifying new market opportunitiesImplementing sales strategies Weekly Sales reportsAll things Sales and more........About you
You are self-driven and are ready to take ownership and accountability of your portfolio all the while providing exceptional service, possess effective problem solving and time management skills. Excellent communication skills are vital as well as a positive attitude and unrelenting drive to succeed. Understanding the dynamics of selling is what we are searching for!
It would be really advantageous if you came from the building/contruction/ security industry but is not essential, as well as having contacts in the Owners Corporation Industry. Knowledge of CRM ( Zoho or SimPRO ) will alsoi be well regarded.
A generous package is on offer, together with a company car, mobile and commission ( which is negotiable for the ideal candidate )!
