Make your mark in growing our business with new and existing products. Our Company supplies a range of quality products and services to the Local Government sector, commercial builders, architects and landscape designers. As part of our Company growth plan we will shortly be introducing a complementary range of products to our existing and new customer base. WC Innovations has extensive experience and expertise in the design and implementation of public toilet facilities into varied locations in the region. We are looking for a self-motivated, well organised Business Development Manager to help take the business to the next level. You have the drive and enjoy creating lasting relationships with new and existing customers. To be successful in this role, you must have a 'down to earth' personality with a high sales energy and be able to demonstrate: Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skills. Identify partnership opportunities. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and autonomously. Previous sales success and achievements. An ability to read and discuss basic building and architectural design concepts. Think critically when planning to assure project success. Previous experience in selling to Local Government and Transport Departments and an understanding of the tendering, RFQ's and EOI's processes will be highly regarded. Reporting direct to the General Manager your key responsibilities will include: Driving sales by generating and closing leads with new and existing clients across the region. Assist in developing the marketing collateral for the full product range. Performing the necessary administrative tasks to support business development and account management. Ability to work with the client and our installation team to ensure timely project completion. You have a proven sales record and a high level of commitment to after sales supported. You are enthusiastic, well presented and well spoken. You are focused and goal-oriented. You must possess a valid Victorian driver's licence. Company car, phone and laptop provided. Full product and internal systems training will be provided.
