)Existing contacts with Electrical decision makers would be a big advantage.Qualifications within the Electrical trade or within Engineering.Existing experience in sales and business development is crucial.Comfort with how to sell into and through the contract and tendering processes.Proven track record of succeeding against the vital metrics of margins, sales targets and a high level of comfort at working to defined KPIs.Ability to travel for business when required.The capability to work effectively within a CRM system.
