As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
LocationSydneyRoles and ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage with potential clients in Sydney to understand their commercial cleaning needs and requirements.Conduct site visits and assessments to accurately evaluate the scope of work and provide tailored cleaning solutions.Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, bids, and quotations based on client specifications and budget constraints.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation of cleaning services, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment/materials procurement.Oversee the execution of cleaning contracts to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to monitor service delivery and promptly address issues or concerns.Maintain open communication channels with clients to foster strong relationships, address feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.Keep abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in commercial cleaning to ensure business operations align with standards and guidelines.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality cleaning products, equipment, and supplies at competitive prices.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, contract renewal rates, and profitability to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.To ensure a motivated and efficient workforce, provide leadership and support to cleaning staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to target specific market segments and generate leads.Using CRM software or other relevant tools, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, contracts, and financial transactions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the commercial cleaning industry or related sectors.Strong understanding of commercial cleaning services, industry trends, and client needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sydney and surrounding areas as needed.Join ACS Commercial Cleaning and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in the dynamic commercial cleaning industry.
