About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
This role will be based in our North Sydney Office.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Minetek's products and services.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.About You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the mining or related industry.Strong understanding of mining operations, technologies, and industry challenges.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.Culture and Benefits: Minetek is an organisation with strong company values, a business that cares about the personal and professional development of its employees.
