As the Business Development Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities for our extensive suite of HR & Payroll software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop clear strategies for value generation and achieving targets.Identify value generation opportunities in the mid-market space.Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.Utilize various pitch delivery modes and prioritize opportunities effectively.Maximize contract value of all opportunities.Articulate the ELMO offering across all aspects.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to support initiatives.Provide feedback for continuous improvement of ELMO solution.Strategically consult with key client stakeholders.Maintain relationships with key client contacts.Key Performance Indicators:Source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth.Achieve targets through effective sales presentations.Prepare estimates and tenders in accordance with policy.Attend sales and marketing events as required.Manage and record all activity in Salesforce.Skills and Experiences:At least 4 years experience in B2B Software sales.At least 4 years' experience in technology sales, preferably in HR/Payroll.Excellent communication skills.Driven and motivated self-starter with strong prospecting ability.Understanding of software/technology sales cycle.Knowledge of information security and data integrity standards.ELMO Software Limited is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to join our team.
