Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.At least 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and securing new business.Strong understanding of change management concepts and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.High level of organization and project management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and devise innovative solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with change management methodologies, including Prosci Change Management.Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute on business objectives.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong work ethic.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
