Business Development ManagerDrive Growth and Elevate Our Dealer NetworkWe're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. As our new Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and improving our BRP dealer network across Australia, New Zealand, and Japan across all BRP product lines (Can-Am On-Road and Off-Road, Sea-Doo, and Ski-Doo). As a key player in BRP's growth strategy, you'll be responsible for dealer performance management, dealer network coverage optimization, and enhancing our customer experience. As a successful candidate, you will manage talented team members in Australia and Japan.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Strategic Network Development: Develop and execute comprehensive network expansion plans for Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Identify untapped market opportunities, optimize existing dealer market coverage, and develop as well as recruit high-performing dealers.Dealer Performance Optimization: Collaborate with our dealers to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets. Implement performance improvement initiatives, conduct regular reviews, and provide actionable insights to dealers.Elevating the Dealer & Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with our dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Manage dealer incentive programs, organize dealer council meetings, and lead initiatives to enhance dealer and customer satisfaction.Market Intelligence and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes. Provide valuable insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Proven Track Record: Experience in dealer network management, sales, or a related field.Experience & Knowledge: Powersports, automotive, or motorcycle industry, as well as an understanding of retail and wholesale laws and regulations.Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with BRP's business objectives.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.Communication Excellence: Effective communication, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.Adaptability and Resilience: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities.International Mindset: Appetite to travel frequently within Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other international locations.AT BRP, WHEN WE TALK ABOUT BENEFITS, WE GO ALL IN.Let's start with a strong foundation — You want it, we have it:Annual bonus: we work hard, and we know it.
