This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for driving & supporting Addelec offers from a sales perspective within multiple channels.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role can be based in our Campbelltown, NSW office.

Addelec leads in providing sustainable electrical infrastructure services and solutions across all industry sectors.
With extensive experience and a unique position, we offer end-to-end EV charging and infrastructure solutions nationwide.

Addelec Power Services is a complete service provider who work collaboratively with the Client from the initial briefing through to completion of the project, optimising the value within your specific project scope, whilst mitigating risk.

About the role:
Taking responsibility for achieving Services business sales, gross margin, and contribution targets, with a dedicated focus on the Utility Market and EV Charging solutions.
Spending 60% of time in the field, fostering strong customer relationships, managing state-based project/quotation lists, and driving business growth through face-to-face interactions.
Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy, while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress towards targets.
Maintaining accurate records in Addelec's CRM system, including call plans and customer reports, ensuring up-to-date tracking of opportunities, project statuses, and sales activities.
Working closely with Service teams, conduct joint site visits, manage expense claims, and ensure all activities are executed with safety, professionalism, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
About you:
5 years+ sales experience in the electrical field.
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
Holds an electrical trade/electrical engineering qualification or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
An energetic, driven, and self-motivated attitude.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Must have the ability to travel to clients.
A passion for a net-zero future with a keen interest in the electrification of commercial fleets.
