Role and Responsibilities: Title : Business Development Manager Location : Norwest Reporting to : Head of Sales & Marketing Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday work (compensated with a day off in lieu) Responsibilities : Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents Facilitating sales of house and land packages Using the existing database and previous industry contacts to develop new and existing relationships Target-driven and money-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and development Negotiating deals, sometimes under pressure Functioning autonomously while also being a team player Required Experience: Professional Experience : Previous experience in real estate, particularly in roles focused on developing relationships with agents and winning new business Exceptional knowledge of the West Sydney property market from previous roles Key Attributes : Target-driven and motivated by financial incentives Proactive in chasing and developing leads Strong negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Company Overview: The company is known for building long-lasting communities and working with leading developers across Australia.
