As Business Development Manager, you will drive innovative growth strategies to increase Cheil Australia's client portfolio.
Working specifically across new business, you will identify sales leads and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in the tendering and new business pitching process.
As a relatively new position in our team, you will be able to offer your specialist insights and be empowered to make this role your own.
What you'll be doing Working closely with the Executive Leadership team and Strategy department in the development of the business' value proposition to prospective clients. Analyse, review and make recommendations for the development of potential new clients, aligned with the business' strategic ambitions. Create a pipeline of potential clients aligned with the business' strategic goals Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships Proactively support in the pitch and tendering process, liaising with all internal teams and stakeholders.
