Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential batteries.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with solar retailers, solar installers, and any other partners.Understand customer needs and requirements to offer customized energy storage solutions.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Provide product training and support to partners and installers to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and product improvements.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.Proven sales experience, ideally in the solar energy or renewable energy sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets, and experience in solar distributors or any manufacturers in solar industries will be preferred.Strong understanding of the solar energy market and residential battery storage solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade different stakeholders.Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Morning shiftSupplementary Pay:BonusEducation:Bachelor Degree (Required)Experience:Sales: 5 years (Required)Solar energy: 2 years (Preferred)Renewable energy sector: 2 years (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Required)
