We are a team committed to our purpose and values – we believe that working together, with honesty, integrity and accountability is key to our success.Our Rental Solutions business is a leader in its specialized field providing large scale and complex power solutions in the mining, oil and gas sectors.Do you have strong technical aptitude and the ability to hunt, find and win large-scale projects with key Tier One customers?An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced business development professional to join our Rental team based in Adelaide, SA. With responsibility for the "Central" region (NT, SA and Vic), this role will allow you to leverage your strong networks, technical aptitude and experience to find and win Major Rental large and complex opportunities across the power, mining, oil and gas markets.About you5 years direct sales experience in B2B, project, engineering, or power sectors involving large customers in strategic level sales within a multi-site environment.Technical solution selling capability and experience.Large Diesel and/or Gas engine/turbine/hybrid and Temperature Control experience in the Megawatt range.EOI, RFQ & RFT proposal development and implementation.Sales resilience, determination and goal orientation.Customer focused approach to sales and business development.Ability to facilitate outcomes working with internal resources, project teams and external supplier/service providers.Strong written and verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting existing key energy-based clients and identifying and winning new business.Assessing and expanding offerings with current clients.Solution-based proposals.Maintenance of CRM system (Salesforce) in a timely and efficient manner.End to end management of clients.Travel to customer sites throughout the region as required.Role-model and mentor for local Sales Representatives.What we offerFocus on internal promotion and development.Competitive salary package including super, incentive-based program, tool of trade vehicle or allowance, mobile phone and laptop.Employee Recognition Program and Service Awards.Birthday and Volunteer leave.Employee Referral Bonus Scheme.Employee Assistance Program.What next?If you are driven, with an appetite for success in business development and want to be part of a team that is passionate about engines, generators and building the future - submit your application using the "Apply Now" button!
