The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing clients and identifying new relationships to secure referrals of ongoing managements. With an extensive database of potential leads, you will work closely with the property management and sales team to foster referrals and also renew management authorities.
The Duties
Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting Converting leads Work closely with the sales & property management department Maintain and develop client relationships Offer professional advice to clients Arranging and conducting market appraisals Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate Previous BDM and/or Property Management experience within real estate A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Working knowledge of real estate software Strong attention to detail both written and verbal Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player with Excellent presentation Culture & Benefits Great Team Culture and award-winning brand Work for a leading and top-performing agency Modern systems and procedures Placed candidates here and have had amazing feedback!
