About the role We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our small, supportive and high performing Business Development team on a permanent, full-time basis. Candidates seeking 0.8 Part Time arrangements are also encouraged to apply.
This role will be integral to the achievement of Elders' growth strategy through managing acquisitions and driving greenfield growth opportunities, end-to-end, across the Elders group.
Working closely and collaboratively with the EGM Business Development, senior management, functional and technical specialists and internal and external stakeholders, this role is critical to the successful delivery of operational, financial and strategic goals for each opportunity and Elders. As such, candidates who can demonstrate a high calibre of financial and commercial acumen will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Prepare financial models to determine valuation for target acquisitionsPrepare business cases to be presented to Executive Management and the Elders BoardManage the due diligence and contract negotiation process with vendors and internal teamsManage the integration of acquisitions into EldersPerform post implementation reviews to measure against targets and determine improvement opportunitiesAbout You To succeed in this role, you will be a well-rounded professional with:
