The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing clients and identifying new relationships to secure referrals of ongoing managements. With an extensive database of potential leads, you will work closely with the property management and sales team to foster referrals and also renew management authorities.  

The Duties
Sourcing new business opportunities through prospectingConverting leads Work closely with the sales & property management departmentMaintain and develop client relationshipsOffer professional advice to clientsArranging and conducting market appraisalsTaking Leasing inquiries via email and phoneAd hoc administration dutiesThe Candidate Previous BDM and/or Property Management experience within real estate A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Working knowledge of real estate softwareStrong attention to detail both written and verbalFantastic attitude and excellent presentationYou will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiateA strong team player with Excellent presentationCulture & Benefits  Great Team Culture and award-winning brandWork for a leading and top-performing agency Modern systems and proceduresPlaced candidates here and have had amazing feedback!Large company = other opportunities & room for growth/development withinCentral locationAttractive salary + commissions!!
