Reporting to the CEO, it will improve our working relationships with our current customers and search for new clients. It will establish relationships and develop growth while handling customer service tasks and operations while reporting to and assisting relevant stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the following:
Expand and obtain new working contractsEngage with clients continuously to understand new opportunities and develop existing opportunities in the areaMeet or exceed annual KPIsCreate and implement a recruitment strategyNegotiate, draft, and review contractsWrite business proposals and present these to potential customers.Operations and Customer Service: Set up and update customer profiles by liaising with the operation and customer service stakeholdersRegular meetings with the CEORespond to both existing and new client requestsEnsure compliance with OH&S standards of the organisationAdministration tasks, such as invoicingSupervise and lead the current workforceAid in implementing the current "Ranger Program"Reporting: Submit the previous week's activity reports to relevant stakeholdersTo be successful, you will possess the following: Minimum two to three years of business development or related experienceProficient knowledge of all facets of land management and employee relationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSales-driven with a goal-oriented approachBasic financial knowledge, preferably in profitability and marginsAbility to think laterally and create effective solutions to problemsLand management expertise#J-18808-Ljbffr
