This role is Mon-Fri with flexible hours.LocationThis position will be based at our Rockhampton branch, which is now located in a new, larger premises designed to better accommodate our growing operations and enhance our team's work environment.Responsibilities include:Drive sales by being out on the road and actively marketing products and services to customers.External business development – build solid relationships and establish ongoing rapport with new and existing clients.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.The provision of sales and customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email and managing a customer account base.Efficiently manage customer relationships by utilising CRM software.Liaise at all levels of our business, across the entire internal team, ensuring exceptional customer experience.Staying updated on industry trends and competitors and identifying prospect business development.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:An engaging, energetic, proactive approach, a real passion for selling, and exceptional customer service.You are client focused and results-driven, you are a "field-based sales professional" and confident interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics.You can bring local and relevant knowledge of the construction industry and ideally a potential customer base.You have a proven track record in a similar Sales Rep role of meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.Ideally you have worked in the commercial construction supplies industry. Preferably experience or an interest in concrete/road building.Exceptional time management and be a natural self-starter who would thrive in a semi-autonomous role without needing a manager to push you.You have a current driver's licence and a clean driving record.Have unrestricted Australian working rights as sponsorship is not offered for this role.
