This role is suited to someone who is flexible, organized, proactive, and able to multi-task, with experience in dealing with Commercial and Asset Finance. We are currently open to expressions of interest for experienced BDMs to join our team in NSW, VIC, and QLD. We specifically would like to speak to anyone with experience in Health and Agriculture, as well as BDMs in regional areas with an established regional network. What's so exciting about this role? The BDM is part of the Sales Team and is ultimately responsible for driving revenue and growth for the business. This role will suit someone with knowledge and experience in the Broker and Aggregator Market, a strong network of Commercial Brokers matched with sound technical knowledge of Asset Finance. You will be financially numerate and have the ability to analyze and interpret financial information. Your approach to sales is professional, execution-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure and strike a balance between customer needs and our business imperatives.
