We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the construction supplies industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in the construction supplies market.Build and maintain relationships with site managers, project managers, tradespeople, and other key decision-makers.Spend 3–4 days per week on the road visiting Perth metro project sites.Negotiate project deals and discount structures to secure tenders and contracts.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic account management.Provide end-to-end sales solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the construction supplies industry or a related field.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.Professional, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.This position is supported by a team of industry experts, including engineers and an internal sales team, who assist with appointment bookings and administrative tasks.
