Your Role:
Join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to market expansion, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional service for Rosenbauer's cutting-edge fire trucks and equipment across Western Australia and Northern Territory.
This role involves travel across the state and is ideal for someone with established contacts in fleet sales and government contracts.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Equipment and Asset Services Manager, and your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in fleet sales, government sectors, and mining industries.Promoting and selling Rosenbauer fire trucks and emergency response equipment, ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions.Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence in WA and NT.Providing expert support and service to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Managing sales pipeline and reporting on key performance metrics and market trends.Key Responsibilities: Prospect for New Clients: Generate leads through networking, advertising, cold calling, and other effective lead-generation strategies.Client Growth and Retention: Build and maintain a strong client base by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.Understand Client Needs: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vehicle requirements and provide tailored, effective solutions.Develop a Robust Sales Pipeline: Actively manage and expand your sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.Evaluate Business Deals: Assess potential deals by analysing client requirements, financials, and other key factors to ensure alignment with business goals.Conduct Market Research: Identify new opportunities and emerging markets to drive growth and expand market presence.Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and association functions to network, establish relationships, and stay informed about market trends.This role is a key opportunity to shape and lead Rosenbauer's presence in the fleet, government, and mining sectors across WA and NT.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Heavy Vehicle Background: A strong background in commercial vehicles and heavy equipment is essential, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.Sales Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using computer applications and sales tools efficiently to manage customer relationships, track sales, and report on progress.Self-Motivated & Communicative: A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.Driver's License: A valid HR driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and travel needs.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.Proven Customer Service Ability: Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and building strong client relationships.
