Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, partners, and vendors while managing a small, strategic sales portfolio.
The role requires both the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing clients.

The role is focused on getting new business, targeting small - medium tier organizations.
This person will ensure the retention of their current customer relationships and can exploit their exceptional sales relationship skills with effective and successful results.
You will have a consulting background with MSP experience.
You must be commercially aware and can identify and effectively communicate commercial opportunity. Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen existing customer relationships to support recurring workflows and drive business growth.Forge new business opportunities that align with the future direction of the Client.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strategize around client retention and future technology investment needs.Close new business deals by managing requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contracts with business operations.Prepare and manage all necessary documentation following Client processes.Maintain high NPS scores and show measurable growth in new customer opportunities on a quarterly basis.Actively participate in a strategic sales culture and meet defined targets for pipeline and closure metrics.Build professional relationships with key stakeholders, including Telstra and vendor partners.Report on customer metrics and present updates in sales meetings.Requirements Commercially aware with the ability to identify and communicate business opportunities.Previous experience in an Account Management role is essential.A degree is preferred but not essential if balanced with relevant work experience.Passion for service excellence, placing customers, people, and business at the forefront.Apply Now For a confidential discussion about this exciting opportunity, please reach out!
