Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with experience in recruitment to help grow our business and expand our reach in the construction industry.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with new clients, manage existing accounts, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business development/sales, an understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your role will include:Responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy.Identifying new clients.Building relationships with key decision makers and closing deals.Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we are meeting the requirements of our clients.
