We are a wide range beverage wholesaler specialising in the service of small bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, taverns, liquor stores, sporting clubs & nightclubs.Liquid Mix draws on over 40 years of industry experience to offer personalised service and an understanding of our clients. We work closely with all major liquor suppliers to offer a one-stop beverage solution for beer, wine, spirits, soft drink, and water requirements. Liquid Mix carries the largest range of luxury spirits and liqueurs in Western Australia and an extensive range of beer and wine.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team selling to a majority on-premise customer base. Managing the metropolitan area, the successful applicant will be an effective account manager that fosters key customer relationships, promotes Liquid Mix and its partner brands to grow sales volumes within the allocated territory.Key responsibilities of the role include:Managing a client base of on-premise customers, growing volume, distribution and achieving sales and distribution targets.Executing sales strategies, business plans, and promotional programs.Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory.Ensuring the right product mix is sold into venues.Working with existing and new brand partners.Sourcing new business.Accurate record keeping and entering of data into company systems.Timely reporting and sales admin tasks as required.The ideal candidate:Results-oriented, hungry for success, and understands the importance of delivering quality customer service to clients while working to meet sales targets.Outstanding interpersonal skills, willing to challenge the norm, and has a genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business.Proven success in a similar sales role with retail/on-premise experience within the FMCG industry and liquor industry preferred but not compulsory.TO APPLY AND OBTAIN FURTHER INFORMATIONTo apply, please submit your resume and covering letter by Thursday, 30th of November 2024.
