' Develop optimised network solutions for our customers to improve efficiencies and costs. Identify new business opportunities in WA. Support the Head of Business Development Fruit & Veg in the development and delivery of the commodity growth strategy. Ownership of regional specific portfolio and growth strategy for WA, including delivery of specific revenue and gross margin targets (for Fruit & Veg). Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities & leads in WA, with strategic guidance from Head of Business Development. Lead the delivery of new commercial strategies that generate business growth within established networks and new business partners across the network. Drive a customer centric culture and account management approach to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong organic growth and retention of existing customer portfolio. Whilst this is primarily a Fruit & Veg category focused role, responsibility to unlock growth opportunities across commodities (including both ambient and temperature control) sits under the Business Development Manager's remit. What you'll bring Minimum 2-3 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in supply chain. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement, collaborating and bringing multiple stakeholders together to align on and execute plans. Excellent communication skills to gain commitment and bring others on the journey with you. Good influencing and negotiation skills to agree best possible outcomes. Resilient - ability to take setbacks and persevere to ensure business outcomes. Extensive experience in Supply Chain with Transport & 3PL background. Flexibility to travel as part of your role at least once a fortnight or monthly.
