About Our Client
Our client has operated in Australia for 10 years, privately owned with headquarters in Brisbane. They primarily operate within the upstream oil & gas sector, with additional exposure to the petrochemical industry as well as a focus on growth in new areas such as hydrogen and carbon capture.
They have a global presence with locations and projects in the Middle East, Kazakhstan, Houston, and Southeast Asia. They work across the full project life cycle from feasibility to delivery experiencing strong growth trajectory, particularly in Perth and Darwin.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development across the upstream Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries
Identify and establish relationships with new clients, with a particular focus on WA and Darwin
Engage with key stakeholders such as Procurement, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
Promote the company's offerings in hydrogen, carbon capture, and other emerging sectors
Work independently with a high level of autonomy
Travel to Darwin quarterly to meet with key clients and develop business opportunities
The Successful Applicant
Candidate Experience
Ideally experience within Piping & Fittings or related mechanical solutions
Candidate will ideally come with contacts within the O&G sector
Solutions focused approach - engage with Procurement, Project Managers, Engineering teams
Willing to travel to Darwin quarterly
Someone who is happy to work from home with a high degree of autonomy
