This role is full-time, will have the flexibility to work remotely and attracts a competitive salary.About You The role of the BDM is to build and develop relationships with vibrant hospitality businesses in WA and to help them manage their cash flow quickly and easily. You're passionate about the hospitality or F&B industry and have a pragmatic approach to growing business presence. You have exceptional influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution expertise and have a reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues in existing clients as well as penetrating new accounts. Through your extensive network you will open doors to generate new business and will lead the growth and development in WA. You are a strong analytical thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has exceptional communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with new and existing clients within WAHave a clear understanding of the hospitality industry and create compelling client proposals and presentations. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsAccelerate client adoption through education and engagementWork closely with clients to help them fully optimise the platform and provide performance improvement solutions when requiredEffectively account manage the WA portfolio and renew and grow existing client spendLead the growth and development of a growing teamIdentify new markets and business opportunities to increase salesConduct daily sales calls and arranging site inspectionsCompile and analyse sales data to help evolve strategy and future sales growthWhat we are looking for: Prior experience and established networks in hospitality, food/beverage or gaming industries is essential.Minimum 3 years in an Account Management / BDM / Sales Consultant role is highly desirable.
