Business Development Manager

Enerflow Mining Services (part of the Norcliffe Group of companies) is a market leader within the mining industry across Australia, providing Mobile Mechanical Maintenance, Labour Hire, Drill Hire, Parts Sales and Fabrication.Due to organisational growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in either our Osborne Park or Neerabup office.Key responsibilities of the role include:Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective and current clients.Promote the company's products/services through social media and industry events.Represent the company at industry events.Prepare sales quotes, submission documents, contracts and service agreements.Manage client feedback and offer support for issues.Maintain company CRM for the sales pipeline.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Work with key managers to expand the business into QLD.Provide Business Development support to Roc-Drill in WA (sister company under Norcliffe).This role reports to the Executive General Manager – Enerflow, and has one direct report, a Marketing Coordinator.The successful applicant will have:Proven mining industry experience.Business Development Manager experience.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).Demonstrable mining industry market knowledge.Significant network of mining industry contacts.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Clear ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.Exceptional time management and planning skills.Enerflow is an equal opportunity employer and encourages Indigenous, multicultural and female applicants to apply.
