About the role Main tasks: Grow sales by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business development efforts through outreach and networking across Melbourne's western and northern suburbs.Other tasks: Cold-call leads and follow-up with new and existing clients. Meet with clients to understand their expectations and secure future work. Negotiate contracts to ensure both parties' obligations are met. Collaborate with the operations team to stay informed about project details and pricing. Report sales activity and client feedback to internal stakeholders.
