Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with both core business functions and expanded capabilities, with an initial focus on Western Australia and Queensland. Conduct a comprehensive competitor analysis to understand major market participants, their market share, key contracts, and unique service differentiators. Gain a deep understanding of customer drivers for near-term pipeline prospects (12-24 months) and develop strategic win themes to capture these opportunities. Develop opportunities to leverage existing customer relationships, highlighting current market differentiators and addressing any capability gaps. Lead the bid development process, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals. Identify and investigate potential acquisition targets to expand and strengthen market position.
