Business Development Manager

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our 3D Plant Design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering software sales, with a focus on 3D Design or similar solutions. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, promoting products, and collaborating with channel partners. A Bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience are required. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales within the technology or software industry, preferably in engineering and design software domain. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base. Ability to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Software Knowledge (Preferred)  Some basic knowledge in some of the below software is preferred.  Competitive salary and performance-based commission structure.
