About this job… An opportunity is available for a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on developing relationships with industry partners and working with them on business growth opportunities.
The role will have a strong focus on achieving growth within equipment hire and sales and providing overhaul and new build work to our workshop.
Our offices and workshop are based in Mackay QLD however this role will require someone that is able to travel nationally as part of this role.
The BDM will be responsible for: Promoting and selling PBE products & servicesStrategic asset salesEstablishing new customer accountsManaging existing customer relationshipsContinually developing and maintaining strong business and customer relationshipsDeveloping quotes and tender submissionsMaintaining awareness of asset availability and workshop capacity for workSeeking out opportunities to increase PBE's market shareMining and/or heavy industry experienceDemonstrated business development and commercial experienceAbility to work and achieve revenue targets in a strategic mannerPrevious management experience at a senior levelExceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbalStrong focus on building annual growth for the companyElectrical Trade or Engineering qualifications preferredIf you are someone with sales skills, relationship building experience, communication skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen we would encourage you to apply for this role and see what PBE can offer you.
