We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base within the Mackay and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with current and prospective new clients in sectors including manufacturing, transport/logistics, mining, construction & white-collar fields.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.Develop and implement strategic business development plans in line with personal and company goals to achieve sales targets.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their workforce needs and offer tailored solutions.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Skills/Experience:Proven experience in business development or sales within the agency or recruitment industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Benefits:Lucrative salary package commensurate with experience + superannuation + work vehicle or vehicle allowances.Vast opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration who all share the same goal of success.If you are a motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for business development, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
