TS Global is an Australian-owned company that employs more than two decades of experience in producing a variety of premium-grade conveyor accessories and polyurethane products. We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting-edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.
THE ROLE
We currently have an opening for a permanent Business Development Manager within our dynamic and diverse national organisation. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, this role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the underground and surface coal mining sector.
While it's an autonomous position, you'll be part of a motivated, customer-focused team where hard work is recognised and values are paramount. You will also play a key role in the long-term success of TS Global's business.
REQUIREMENTS
Expand business for revenue growth and improve our market position Provide support for our clients, to maintain and improve the clients spend Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Be the main point of contact for TS Global's select key customers Implement and execute strong collaborative business plans with key customers Ensuring the scope of work is being performed according to the service level agreement requirements Negotiating sales contracts and preparing customer quotations to maximise all sales opportunities Liaise with Area Managers for the site requirements and performance Contribute directly to TS Global's growth targets for NSW ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience developing new business and managing key accounts Experience in underground Coal Mining/Coal handling preparation plant/conveyor industry Strong business acumen Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer's needs Drive and ability to contribute to the growth of TS Global's business Exceptional customer relationship and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to relate and listen effectively High level of time management and organisational skills Positive, proactive, professional attitude High level of computer skills Trade or engineering qualifications highly regarded PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
