An opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager - NSW.
Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager, this position will be based out of our new Sydney branch with regular travel to our NSW clients.
This position plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the existing client base, whilst pursuing growth and new business development in accordance with the regional sales, marketing, and account management objectives.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Development and execution of a regional sales plan to ensure short and long-term objectives for sales, profit, and market position are achieved.Identify and develop new business within the New South Wales region via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.Providing accurate and timely feedback on market conditions, customer, and project developments using the tools provided.Providing accurate and timely reports as required.The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience in a business-to-business sales position.Proven business development experience and sales results.Experience working within the motor vehicle industry or an industrial services environment.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline advantageous.Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.Advanced report writing skills.A high level of proficiency in MS Office suite.Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential.The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package.
