Join our dynamic Industrial Division team as a Business Development Manager and unleash your previous building or construction sales experience! As a pivotal member of our close-knit crew, you'll dive into the exciting world of sales aimed at fortifying and growing the Ramset brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives aligned with the segments business plan. Based in NSW with a territory from Metro Sydney to Canberra and some regional travel (3/4 nights per quarter) with a fully maintained company car. The Impact You'll Make; Develop and implement growth strategies to deliver the business objectives; Develop an intimate understanding of the targeted markets including size, competitors, products, terminology, alternative construction methods, key influencers, partner customers and channels to market; Identify segment influencers, including Specifiers, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, Industry bodies, and develop relationships to achieve conversions/specification; Transition developed growth initiatives into distribution partners where appropriate; Identify major projects/opportunities and their key stakeholders, ensuring the segments offer is given viability; Provide insights and inputs to develop annual and long-range plans for the T&D business, including strategic growth initiatives and resourcing to enable delivery of financial targets. About you: Proven experience in selling products, solutions, and services to the concrete construction industry (or related); Demonstrated capability to deliver strategic specification and/or sales objectives; Strong communication, mechanical, and strategic aptitude; Demonstrated ability to create demand through identification and engagement of all key stakeholders; Strong relationship, commercial acumen, and project management skills; Commitment to driving a safety culture and continuous improvement; Fit with ITW Culture & Values.
