Our client is a leading provider of agricultural equipment (hardware & software). They're a global company with a growing presence in Australia. Their mission is to empower researchers with the insights required to protect some of Australia's most precious wildlife. They have been around for over twenty years and have a brand that is second to none in this space.
On the back of strong recent performance, they are currently in growth mode and recruiting multiple positions. They have recently hired a new Managing Director who comes with a decorated career in technology sales.
About The Role
This is a sales position focused on working primarily with existing customers. You'll create and implement strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships, attend conferences and networking events, and ultimately meet/exceed targets based on account growth.
This is a national role, so there will potentially be bi-monthly travel to QLD, WA, VIC & NZ. You'll run workshops with clients to educate and upskill them on the newest product features. In addition to face-to-face meetings & events, customer engagement will be done through video calls, phone, and email.
Experience Required
Experience working in a customer-facing sales role is required.
Ideally, you'll be comfortable running workshops/demonstrations.
Effective user of digital communication (e.g., Slack, video calls, email).
Australian driver's licence is required.
This is a key role for the growth of the organisation, and they are looking for someone who can work hand in hand with the Managing Director. Note that this role is 5 days a week in the office.
