About the Role We are excited to welcome a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to our MicroSourcing division , a pioneer and leading provider of offshore staffing solutions, specialising in IT, marketing, and back-office support in the Philippines .

This role involves engaging with new and existing clients to present innovative and flexible offshoring solutions.
The primary responsibility will be driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and fostering enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and advancing deals.
Leverage CRM tools to monitor sales activities and performance metrics.
Client Acquisition: Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for business expansion.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and successful service delivery.
Lead Generation: Independently source and secure new business opportunities, driving growth through proactive prospecting.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass established sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution.
Client Engagement: Engage with leads and conduct meetings to explore and develop new business opportunities.
High-Value Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with and coordinate high-value clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance business value and foster growth.
Who are you?
You are a skilled communicator with a talent for building relationships, particularly with C-level executives.
With a proven track record in business development or sales, especially in the BPO /Staff Augmentation sector, you are results-driven and committed to exceeding targets.
Your analytical abilities and CRM expertise ensure effective challenge-solving and precise client management.
While experience in business services or contact centers is a plus, your ability to drive results sets you apart.
Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales, particularly within the BPO or Staff Augmentation sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
A results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking progress.
Extensive network within social and business circles, enhancing outreach and lead generation efforts.
