Business Development Manager – Commercial Facility Services

Our client, a leader in commercial facility services, has partnered with Holistic Growth Solutions to expand their market presence across Victoria.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in the field, engaging with clients and securing new business opportunities.
The Role
This is a pure business development role with a focus on driving growth, building relationships, and delivering results:


Drive Growth: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base and secure contracts.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored, compelling proposals.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and deliver on the Victorian sales strategy, aligning with the company's growth plans for their maintenance division.
Networking: Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and create opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, pipeline performance, and forecasts.
