Direct Connect makes moving easy for our Real Estate partners and their customers by arranging connections to a wide range of services, from electricity and gas, to Internet and Pay TV.
To further our growth, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead innovative strategies and expand our market reach.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive industry knowledge, excels in relationship building across diverse stakeholders, and ideally, has an established network and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, with the ability to connect and negotiate with everyone from receptionists to CEOs of large franchise groups.
This role demands a proactive, sales-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, adeptly identifying and capitalising on opportunities while maintaining impeccable processes for consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Experience:

Proven success in business development and sales
Experience in a fast-growth company, showcasing the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, suitable for both individual and group interactions
A keen eye for new opportunities and strong commercial negotiation skills
Solid business planning, research, analysis, and writing abilities

The role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with a focus on hunting and sales activity within Victoria.
