The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the existing sales pipeline and development of new business opportunities for both Hire & Sales across the product range. Pivotal to our strategy with a focus on growth across Victoria, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Melbourne portfolio of medium and large customers within the Infrastructure, Civil, Mining, Construction, and Residential market segments. Acting as the conduit between internal stakeholders, leveraging off data and relationships to ensure growth targets are met. This role will require some travel, reporting into the Melbourne Hire Manager overseen by our National Sales Manager.YouYou are energetic and passionate about all things Hire & Sales.
