Role Overview: As their Melbourne based, Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable sales in the region. This role will focus on promoting their Service offerings, particularly water filtration and treatment systems contracts across multiple sectors. You will also identify and pursue opportunities for all of Southland Filtration's products and services.
What you'll need to succeed? Proven sales experience with a strong focus on growth and business development.Technical understanding of water filtration/treatment technologies (advantageous)Self-motivated and driven with a passion for the sales processAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentStrong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections, and lock in new contracts.Comfortable with CRM and sales tools for lead tracking, sales management, and reportingSouthland Filtration is looking for a committed professional who values loyalty, reliability, clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and self-awareness.
