Salary up to $130,000 + Super + Car + Comm's

This company is going through significant growth and as they continue to grow, they are in the hunt for a passionate professional to help increase market share, boost profits, and strengthen their reputation.
Your Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in their success, working closely with the Head of Sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and manage leads to unlock new business opportunities through strategic territory management.Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and achieving business growth targets.Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with the company's objectives and budget.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, address their needs, and work collaboratively with sales leadership to close deals that matter.Sales Process Excellence: Navigate every aspect of the sales process, from initial lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Market Penetration: Explore and penetrate new business areas, developing strategies to enhance presence in the market.Target Achievement: Set ambitious goals and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.Reporting & Analysis: Keep management informed with activity reports and analyse client interactions to identify new revenue opportunities.About you: Proven experience in developing new business opportunities, with a track record of exceeding targets. Essential to have Fire Industry experience or similar.Must have a driving licence and hold PR or Citizenship.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.A customer-centric mindset with the adaptability to engage different personality types.The ability to create compelling presentations tailored to various audiences.Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard.Apply now!
