You will earn a base salary between $90k - $$100k, plus superannuation and additional benefits, including: Commissions: Uncapped bonus earning on all sales, giving you the potential for on-target income of $120k - $150k Autonomy: Your role will allow you to manage your client relationships and strategies Respected brand : Be part of a well-established brand known for excellent stock availability and quick project turnarounds Showcase: Access stunning showrooms to present products to top architects and designers Premium products : Work with a high-quality range of products, catering to both mid and high-end projects Development: Enjoy quality induction training and ongoing professional growth Inclusion: Join a supportive team with regular social events and functions Portfolio: Engage with major accounts across corporate, government, education, hospitality, and aged care sectors.
About the role Main function: The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 architects, designers, and major end users, driving sales of premium commercial furniture and accessories across diverse projects in corporate, hospitality, education, government, and aged care sectors.
Other tasks: Present product solutions to architects and designers in modern showrooms Manage the sales process for workstations, loose furniture, and accessories Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions for commercial projects Attend industry expos and stay informed on new design trends Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and project timelines are met Identify opportunities to grow the client base and strengthen the company's presence in the market.

What you must have to apply for this role: Proven experience selling furniture or architectural products to architects & major end users A strong network & established relationships with tier-1 architects, designers, & end users in Melbourne A professional & well-presented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Passion, enthusiasm, & the ability to work autonomously.
You will be highly regarded if you also have: Experience in commercial furniture sales, including workstations & loose furniture A strong reputation in the architecture & design industry A flexible & hardworking nature, with attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
