Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.
This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving new business growth in VIC/SA/TAS.

What you'll be doing Prospecting to identify new sales leads and business opportunitiesDeveloping and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposalsManaging a sales pipeline and meeting sales targetsParticipating in trade shows, end user events, and customer meetings to promote productsActively pursuing new business opportunities at the channel and end user levelMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and project pipeline in SalesforceEffectively managing current reseller and end user relationshipsAssisting in resolving customer issues regarding sales and serviceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceProviding regular reporting on sales activities and performanceWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development or high-tech sales role, preferably in the AV or Unified Communications industry.Technical understanding of AV products and especially AV merging with IP – advantageousProven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectivelyProficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
